Weatherford, Texas – The United States Team Penning Association, Inc. (“USTPA”) today announced it is partnering with the Michelle Lynn Holsey Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded by the Holsey family of Crockett, Texas in honor of Michelle Lynn Holsey who passed away from breast cancer in 2006.
“The USTPA is excited about the partnership with the Michelle Lynn Holsey Foundation”, commented USTPA President, Noah Sodrel. “Lee Holsey and his Cowboy Trailer Sales company recently came on as a sponsor for the USTPA, and it was through that relationship we found out about the Michelle Lynn Holsey Foundation. With this new partnership we hope to make more people aware of the fine work the foundation does, while assisting with raising more funds to help them reach families in need,” continued Sodrel.

In an effort to help raise funds for the Michelle Lynn Holsey Foundation, the USTPA will include the foundation in its annual Live Auction and Play-with-the Pros Fundraiser.
“We’re honored to be associated with the Michelle Lynn Holsey Foundation,” stated USTPA Executive Committee member Louie Saggione. “In 2018 the USTPA partnered with the Susan G. Komen Foundation to do our small part to support those affected by breast cancer. When we heard about the great work being done by the Michelle Lynn Holsey Foundation we decided to partner with them to help provide assistance to families impacted by breast cancer as well as other debilitating diseases and conditions.”
In addition to the various fundraising activities, the USTPA will utilize its Live Stream broadcast of this year’s World Championships to generate national and international awareness for the important work being done by the Michelle Lynn Holsey Foundation.
